At Kennedy Center Page-to-Stage Festival since 3:30 pm and watched 5 plays, including an impressive musical improv, a tiny town near yellowstone comedy titled "Bison Beast of Dubois", a scifi comedy during a train ride titled "String" (String theory), a scifi drama titled "Inheritance Canyon", and a hip hop play titled "Surrender". I feel sorry that I am flying out to Poland on Monday to miss all Monday plays, but look forwards to catch more play reading rehearsal in 2016 — at Kennedy Center Concert Hall.   Ran into a skateboarding event by accident. Tested trail running shoes

Tested both Brooks Cascadia and Solomon trail running shoes and picked Cascadia for half of the wright, more coution and flexible. However, I will only use the shoes for hiking, and still ran half marathon with my Brooks running shoes at 10:10 per mile. I was slowed down by the trail running shoes at the beginning, yet used chi running for the last three miles to catch up some speed — at George Mason High School.

Dinning with old Colleagues in Old Town Alexandria

Had a great Italian lunch with an Italian colleague Nancy of my prior office. We chatted about coming trip plans. While I am leaving Monday to Eastern Europe for two months, she will be in Milan for 10 days for Milan Expo 2015 World's Fair With exhibits from 130 countries and they expect 20 million visitors during the 6 months ending Oct. 31, 2015. — at Bella Napoli Alexandria Va. Late afternoon light snacks in my visitors' favorite French restaurant in old town Alexandra. Nice chatting with my old colleague and her husband visiting from Houston on their way to NYC for the 2015 U.S. Open (tennis) during the Labor Day weekend. They lived in this neighborhood for five years previously and enjoyed the revisit — at Bastille.
