A fun 60 mile bike ride
Biked 60 miles round trip between falls church and Leesburg on a cool (lower 50f) day to train for my cross US cycling trip.
When reaching Leesburg town center, I caught the end of a running race and a biking race for life. Got a leftover banana, a half piece of chocolate cookie and a small piece cinnamon bread.

A night out in DC
Met a super experienced cross country biker/hiker in Panera bread in Chinatown where was exceptionally nice, had a fireplace, will be my hideout for next Chinatown bus trip to New York. I also crashed an international language meetup on my way to a comedy club, and then enjoyed some fresh jokes. For example, Kentucky Gentleman bourbon is a bad liquor has an elegent name. I googled and found Whiskey Reviewer: "The phrase 'Kentucky Gentleman' implies a certain
Southern genteelness, and frankly, no one possessed with such grace and
class would ever stoop to drinking anything resembling Kentucky
Gentleman whiskey."

Reached my target biking weight!
Mowed my yards and just ran 3 m at 9:34 per mile. Most importantly, I weight below 110 lb now and is going to win a weight loss bet with a friend to get $1,000 on 5/1. Glad to get rid of 15 lb from the carbs I intake during my full marathon training, and now I am light enough for cross US cycling.
I run faster without trying when weight lighter.

Hiked Robenson Mountain
Bailed out after 2500 ft gain in 2 miles at Robenson mountain. I rarely bailed out a hike but I was just too sleepy to continue after my jet lag. My jet lag almost cost my life in 1999 when trying to drive from Boston to NJ right after Asia and totaled my car. I know better now when to quit.
Still enjoyed a beautiful day outside. Hitch hiking back to Centerville, and now into DC for earth day concert.
