I hiked with a meetup group today for 15.5 miles with 2700 feet
elevation gain to Strickler Knob and Jawbone Gap in the George
Washington National Forest (over 1.5 hrs drive from Centreville). The
weather was hotter than expected, and one hiker had cramps and delayed
the hike over 1.5 hrs. I pushed via the rocky trails yet skipped the
last 20 feet up to the Strickler Knob (borrowed other hikers photos for
the top views).
