After
the 12-mile hike yesterday, I ran 8 miles in the shades along Fairfax
country parkway trail. This is the only place I truly appreciate the
soundproof walls which shade the trail in the morning. I log in ~ 20 m
each weekend to ensure I can travel nonstop for 3 months each year.
Cannot wait to travel overseas again!
