Day 1 of my weekend hiking trip with friends Crabtree Falls to AT and Back: 7.9 miles - 1706 ft. We stay in an AirBNB house in Wintergreen Resort, enjoyed a homemade jumbo shrimp dinner, playing games, and having good time.
Day
2 of weekend hiking trip: Three Ridges - 13.3 miles- 3917 ft
elevation. I cannot ask for a better hiking day. We had steak and salmon
for dinner tonight.
Day 3 of my weekend hiking trip: AT - Tye River to the Priest - 7.4 miles - 3196 ft. elevation. I thought it was straight up, yet turned out to be a lot of switchbacks. We had chicken for dinner.
