The Cher Show

I went to Capital One Hall today to usher for the musical: The Cher Show. The show told the life story of Cher, and three actresses played as three life stages of her to sing the songs she performed throughout her career. Now I know Cher is half Armenian, and I just remember that the Kardashians have Armenian connections as well, and had great time traveling in Armenia in 2013. The show will tour in other cities: https://thechershowtour.com

Cool Springs Battlefield / Perimeter/ Ravens Rock 13-mile hike

I hiked when th friends in Cool Springs Battlefield / Perimeter/ Ravens Rock for 13 miles with 2200 feet elevation gain. The 5” snow forecast turned out to be 2” of snow and no snow stuck on the roads, so I was able to drive to the meeting point.
It was cold in the 30sf and windy on the ridges, and my gloves and boots were soaked. I was too cold to take any chances photos. Anyway, I survived the hike, but very tired. So still went with the group to Bear Chase for an after hike beverage on Saturday.
I ran 7 miles after ushering at the Capital One Hall Sunday afternoon, to complete my 20 hike/run mile weekend goal.

Lunar new year hikers' dinner party

Lunar new year day dinner party with hikers at their house in Front Royal. We made dumpings from scratch and with so many dishes, drinks, and desserts. I prepared red envelopes for each hiker for a prosperous 2024.
I only ran 5 miles Saturday morning which barely burn any calories, then Sunday ran a lot. Nevertheless, I ran 6 miles Monday afternoon to complete my 20 hike/run miles weekend goals.
