17 hikers joined this Big Devil Stairs + Extra 3.5 m hike for a total of 14.5 miles with 2800 feet elevation gain. We started with the air temperature of only 28 f, then gradually warming up to 40f. A sunny yet cold day, but trail conditions were fine with some fallen branches and small muddy sections.
Some of us stopped by the winery after the hike. It was dark when I got home, but I still ran 5.5 miles to complete my 20 hike/run mile weekend goal.
