Running with Overpronation!

Stopped by the store to have the computer aided test for my feet, and learned that I have relative low arch and Overpronation!

Overpronation of the foot is not an injury itself but if you over pronate then you may be more susceptible to a number of sports injuries. It is often recognized as a flattening or rolling in of the foot but it is not quite as simple as that as the timing of when the foot rolls in is also important. So I need to correct the way I move my feet or use special inserts in right shoes — checked in to Road Runner Sports Falls Church.

20 mile training hike in SNP

Hiked 20 miles with 4600 ft gain at > 2.5 mile per hour in 70f. Saw one deer in a Pretty pleasant hiking day! Everything was perfect except that we missed the hiker leader by 2 hrs due to incorrect GPS coordinates of the trail head. — checked in to Robertson Mountain

I thought that I was kidnapped to this American dinner Cracker Barrel after hike, but I was turned into a fan now for its tastes and values. My tasty rainbow trout with mac&cheeze and vege only cost $7

Watched Jurassic World in 3D

Finally watched this thriller and saw the main actress running fast on high heels. I believe I will run even faster under those circumstances. I would buy tickets to visit Jurassic World just to ride the rolling vehicle. Had hunan shrimp rice for lunch before the movie, and then mushroom noodles after the movie — watching Jurassic World at Bow Tie Cinemas.

Had seafood at Chinatown then enjoyed the hit songs live by HUEY LEWIS AND THE NEWS, including "the Power of Love". Huey gets older buy still playful  — checked in to Warner Theatre.

Biked 76 miles on W & OD Trail

Biked 38 miles during 6:30 to 9:50 am this morning from Falls Church to Percellville, saw some running support stations in Hendorn, saw a deer just 5 feet away, and made it home after biking 76 miles, but almost hit by two African American female drivers who ignored biking lanes — checked in to Percellville.
