following a friend's advice, I biked 90 miles at 12.4 mph along
W&OD with duplication 25-34 mile posts, without as much knee and
thigh muscle pain as before!!!! The Important biking tips
1. Quicker and lighter paddling 2. Lean forward to engage more hip muscles so all muscles tired evenly, not just thighs hurt and knees crying — checked in to Purcellville, Virginia. |
