I acted as an unconscious victim 90 minutes in a cold building for a
friend took a 25-hr Fairfax community emergency response team training,
lying on the flood then carried out by 6 people down stairs (scary and
fear that they might drop me!) and bandaged like a patriot of the
Caribbean. There were 21 trainees trying to rescue 20 victim actors with
different trauma. Time for drill briefing and graduation party! — at Fairfax Fire and Rescue Training Academy.

Fall Colors Hike in George Washington Forest: Big Schloss
I took a 20-m 4700 ft gain Fall Colors Hike in George Washington Forest
and enjoyed the views of — checked in to George Washington National Forest.
Big Schloss. It was 55f cool, 44 mph windy, yet dry day. As usual, the rocky trail bruised my feet, but I toughed it up without using pain killer and finished the hike at 2.5 mile per hour. Wish it was not as rocky so I could have looked more at the views than the trails. BTW, there were 8 stream crossings each way. The group's hiking dog Sierra did great and enjoyed her duck jerky treat which can make her fur shinny.

90-minute play Rameau's Nephew
Watched this 90-minute play Rameau's Nephew, or the Second Satire, an
imaginary philosophical conversation by Denis Diderot, written in ~
1700. "Musician, maniac, madcap, mimic… and genius all in one, the
destitute nephew of the famous Rameau trades witticisms with a logical
Philosopher, deconstructing his perfectly rationalized and orderly world
with wildly antic energy. The Nephew transforms into an entire cast of
hilarious characters as he sets each scene of his argument." — at Spooky Action Theater.
