Enjoyed a fun and delicious Hawaiian Luau at Randy' place on 7/4, and
made new friends. We had Pork lau lau (pork wrapped in taro leaves),
Hawaiian Poi (mashing baked or steamed taro paste), pineapple chicken,
shave ice, coconut beer, pineapple beer, fruit cocktails, various
tropical fruits and desserts. Most guests are traveling to Hawaii in 10
days. I visited three Hawaiian islands in 2006, and was busy sightseeing
without attending a Luau, and now got my share of it.
