weekend runs

Another “flat” weekend passed by, including 11 miles runs recorded in three instances, and some azalea in my backyard. I took another 3-m walk Sunday afternoon and noticed the purple iris in my front yard. I am still trying to fix my running and walking postures, in order to fix my kneecap flipping outward issue.
