I This was the 4th year I volunteered with Dreams for Kids DC to help
physically or mentally challenged kids to move around in the ice skating
rink and photo with DC Capital hockey players. My buddy needed the
support from me and her mom, so all three of us got good workout today.
We fell hard once today but no one got hurt.
