Instead of hiking in the rain for 15 miles, I ran 10 miles at 10:47 per
mile and then walked almost 6 miles to check out Lake Thoreau. Virginia
German Shepherd Rescue happened to have an adoption event at the nearby
shopping center. Glad that I only got rain during the last 2 miles of my
walk. BTW, this morning I ate the first ever egg with two yolks.
