I partaked a meetup hike starting in rain yet fortunately turned dry later, and we harvested a lot of wild mushrooms Chicken of the woods. This autumn was warm such that the mushrooms last into autumn. Most colorful leaves were on the ground already, and I only found one red maple tree.
I didn’t sleep enough so I skipped Indian run trail, and only hiked Robertson Mt, big & small Stony Man for 16 miles with 3700 feet elevation gain.
