Happy Taiwan National Day 10/10 (双十節)! I attended the National Day Reception at Twin Oaks Estate (雙橡園) in DC, met old and new friends, and enjoyed the wonderful food and beverages. The featured drinks included whiskey, wines, fruit beers, and coffee bobble tea! There were also three kinds of ice cream: sake, shaoxing (紹興), and Kavalan 噶瑪蘭whiskey.
