I joined a meetup hike in the Shenandoah National Park to hike over Crusher Ridge, Stoney Man trails for 11 miles with 3000 feet elevation gain. The rain forecast deterred people so only four of us took the hike. Only light rain at the beginning and stayed dry for most of the hike. The sun came out after the hike.
Plus 6 miles weekday run, I logged in 17 hike/run miles this week. My runs got foot is almost recovered, so I can exercise more next week.
