Happy Thanksgiving feast with family friends in Maryland. The dishes included a herb-crusted pork sirloin roast香草烤豬裡肌, stuffed mushroom crab cakes釀蘑菇蟹餅, stuffed roast turkey釀烤火雞, savory puff pastry filled with spinach and ricotta mixture菠菜乳清乾酪餡鹹味酥皮點心, pork ribs stew peanuts and bean curds with red fermented bean sauce 紅腐乳醬燉豬肋排花生豆腐, Meatballs, Jumble shrimp fruit salad什錦蝦仁水果沙拉, Taiwanese fried rice noodles台灣炒米粉, and various vegetables. The desserts included blueberry cornmeal tart藍莓塔, mango pie芒果派, flan焦糖布丁, chocolate coated strawberries巧克力草莓, and fruit salad.
I skipped the hike planned with friends on Friday, as I got home late and felt sluggish from the feast. I ran Friday and Saturday to log in total 19.5 miles this week.
