I ushered at 1st Stage thearer for BIRTHDAY CANDLES tonight, and joined the closing party after the play. The play used Ernestine baking a cake on each birthday to span ages 17 to 100+ of her life, love, and families. This play offered a lot of emotions in 100 minutes. I was told to bring tissues and I used them up.
