After the rain stopped in the afternoon, I went in DC for two events: one by Axios and the other by Ronald Institute. The elevator to the rooftop of the 2nd building was locked by accident, so some of us decided to walk downstairs after waiting 15 minutes. The weather was very nice and cool to walk around town.
