recycling soap slivers

I conducted an interesting project in a snow day: recycling soap slivers. I put them in a small pot with a bit of water and boiled about 20 seconds on a medium setting to have a creamy texture, put it in a mold to cool down. The final pieces are not perfectly shaped but I got two new soaps and some fun while trapped in my house. — checked in to Falls Church, Virginia.
