I
biked 38 miles on w&od trail today, over one year since last time
on my bike. I ran into a guy biker carrying his dog on his back, and
kids competing in the Herndon Kids triathlon. It will take awhile for me
to get back to riding 90 miles a day. — checked in to Smith's Switch Station - W&OD Trail.
