reception of the 3D DC 2016

Attended a reception of the 3D DC 2016 at the Capital Hill to increase public awareness of its implication on education, art, social media, etc. I checked out some 3D printing demonstrations which are good for prototypes but not mass productions. On the way out, I was attracted by the sound of bagpipes and opera to the National Tartan Day reception that celebrated the Scottish Independence, and I photoed with the band and a 6'8" bagpiper. I also tasted Scottish whiskey. — checked in to Rayburn House Office Building.
